Revisión 413 [British Universal Carrier Mk.II – Tamiya 1/35]

Este «angelito» va a cumplir 50 tacos sin que Tamiya le haya prestado la atención debida a su importancia como vehículo icónico de la Segunda Guerra Mundial. Las dos ediciones posteriores son meros enjuagues con distintas calcas y figuras añadidas. Aunque en su momento (1976) sería lo más, vista hoy tiene las taras lógicas de su tiempo con el añadido de algún error que Tamiya nunca ha querido corregir y unas cadenas para tirar. Tal vez un día de estos el fabricante haga un molde nuevo, pero no lo esperemos pronto.♦

This «little angel» is going to turn 50 years without Tamiya having given it the attention due to its importance as an iconic vehicle of WWII. The two later releases are no more than blends with different decals and figures added. Although at the time (1976) it would be a state-of-the-art kit, seen today it has the logical flaws of its time with the addition of some mistakes that Tamiya never wanted to correct and tracks for the rubbish bin. Maybe one of these days the manufacturer will make a new-tool kit, but let’s not expect it anytime soon.♦
