Revisión 635/ Swordfish de Matchbox: El viejo y el mar

Casi todo en este Swordfish es demasiado grande y gordo, pero de manera congruente, lo que acaso la salva de perecer un juguete trivial. No trae cuenta hoy porque el molde actual de Airfix la deja muerta y enterrada, pero si se tiene en cartera, merece la pena darle un tiento, bien como está y hacerse pasar por un «plástico nostálgico», o bien hacerle algunos entretenidos arreglos (bastantes) de «arte y ensayo». A elegir.♦

Almost everything about this Swordfish is too big and bulky, but in a consistent way, which perhaps saves the kit from becoming just another trivial toy. It’s not worth getting it today because the current Airfix tool leaves it dead and buried, but if you happen to have one lying around, you can give it a try, either as is and say you are the «nostalgic plastic» kind, or making some (quite a few) modifications. The choice is yours.♦
