Afortunadamente, AFV Club no ha dejado que se pierda el buen trabajo que Skybow hizo en su día en varias maquetas, y esta es otra prueba. Sobresaliente en muchos conceptos, con mención especial a la reproducción de la textura del casco y torre, además de las acertadas características de un Tiger I tempranero. AFV le añadió unas oportunas rejillas de fotograbado, aunque le dejó las cadenas de vinilo, muy buenas por otra parte. Le lleva varios cuerpos de ventaja a la alternativa de Tamiya, como ya saben quienes las hayan comparado. Otra cosa es que se lo reconozcan. Eso, ya va en los prejuicios de cada quisque.♦

Fortunately, AFV Club have ensured that the excellent work Skybow originally did in most kits hasn’t gone down the gutter, and this kit is another proof of that. It excels in many respects, notably the reproduction of the hull and turret textures and the accurate features of an early production Tiger I. AFV Club added some very welcome photo-etched grilles, though they retained the vinyl tracks, which are nice (quite good anyway). It is miles ahead of the alternative offer from Tamiya as anyone who has compared the two kits already knows. Whether that fact is acknowledged is another matter. That depends on individual biases.♦
